Lockly pays closer attention to shipping and handling of orders. We will ship out your order within 24-48 hours and delivery may take 3-5 days. All orders are delivered by USPS and FedEx. Lockly offers free shipping nationwide (US only). To ensure a smooth and joyful shopping experience for all our customers, Lockly offers a Free 30 Day Return.
 
Where do we ship?
Currently, Lockly only offers to ship within the US.
 
Will I receive any shipping details?
Customers get a confirmation email when the order is placed successfully. Lockly also sends tracking information to the customers as soon as the order is dispatched.
 
If you haven’t received any email, please check with your bank if the transaction was successfully processed and ensure that the payment has been made. You can also check if you entered the correct email address. If you still can’t find the email, make sure to check the Junk/Spam or Promotional tab.
 
Unexpected Delays
Some delays may occur in case of a high volume of orders or unexpected circumstances such as weather conditions, epidemic/pandemic, etc. In case of an unusual shipping delay, we will inform you via email.
